Vigneshwara Developers Pvt Ltd — Non payments and delay in providing assured return cheques

I have invested my hard earned money in Vigneshwara Developwell Pvt Ltd in 2011 in the so called Aquarius Business Park Project with a 12 % assured return. By the end of 2013-14 financial year, they stopped the cheques for March 2014 saying that the Govt service tax was required to be paid. I paid it in full in Feb 2014. After much follow up the March 2014 cheque was given in April 20th. They also promised to give the cheques for 2014-15 financial year by May 20th... However they have not provided the cheques for April 2014 - March 2015 yet. I wanted to seek your support to get my money refunded as there seems to be numerous issues with the developer in terms of committing fraud ( Article in TOI - 22 May 2014) as well as delay in providing cheques and not honoring cheques.
