Vihaan Direct Selling India Private Ltd — product cancellation and refund problems | |||||
I have purchased some products. The company was having product cancellation and refund policy of 30 days. I have made the request within this time period. I have returned the products with blue dart to registsred address of the vihaan direct selling logistics department. I have provided the courier receipt and pod report of same to company. The company is not providing confirmation of receipt at its end. The pod receipt has official seal and signature of staff of company. But still the company is failed to confirmation of products. This company has a policy that it will complete the product cancellation and the refund of complete amount will be done within time period of 90 days. More than 120 days have passed. This company is providing any product receipt confirmation. It has not provided any refund of the amount. Whenever i call on the customer support number of company. They do not pick my call. I have emailed them a lot of time. The company staff just copy and paste the same response than we are following-up with the concerned department.
