DEAR SIR/MAM, I AM USEING MONTHLY CARDS 15031&15030 for the month of mar17 to apr17. booth no : 519., my concern is day 1 (10th mar17) milk packets not provided by agent, same asked to agent, he stating that, dairy (company) not provided the stock how can I issue the same... same as I approached to supervisor Mr. Ganapathi and he is committed for will arrange the packets on 14th Mar17, but till not yet... several times asked to booth agent for any update from the supervisor... no update about my issue... please check attached prepaid milk cards
