I booked Indane gas on 07/05/2026 and received an acknowledgement SMS same day. Expected delivery was mentioned as one week. Now even after 17 days, I neither got the cylinder supplied nor any message. Phone numbers of the gas agency are non-responsive. When I contact Indane Automated Booking number, I get a reply that updated status of my request would be sent to me by SMS. But no such SMS is received.
Both Indane and the gas agency seem to be playing hide and seek with the consumers. Oil companies and the Union Govt declare that there is no shortage of LPG. But they make themselves unapproachable. Very poor service and absence of accountability to the public. Was this information helpful? |
