Bought a 3 burner gas stove from bandra east vijay gas agency mumbai 400051.

on[protected] they delivered it 4-5 days later asking for additional charges for installation.

since day 1 we are facing leakage problems with the stove once we have complained for the same. they came to fix it but we are still facing the same leakage issue.

Now we are trying to call them for a complaint, but the call is not getting picked up by anyone.

One delivery person called and said i want to check the cylinder then he asking money money two weeks he giving mental torcher i called to the respective agency they telling u he will call u bcoz he given money instead o[censored] vijaya gas agency

In Gattuppal for a cylinder extra amount is taking

After 10 days I have got auto cancellation alert. May I know the reason for this?

The new cyclinder delivered is leakage cyclinder.. kindly replace it..

I HAVE BOOKED MY GAS DT. 20.10.2010 TIME 12:17PM ON DIRECT BOOKING AND BOOKING NO IS 342. BUT HE HAD NOT DELIVERED MY GAS CYLINDER TILL THAN (08/11/2010). THIS IS NOT FIRST TIME.EVERY TIME THESE PROBLEM OF THAT GAS AGENCY.I HAD GOT AGAIN BY AGAIN GAS AGENCY. I WANT TO COMPLAINT BUT THOSE NOT GIVE TO COPLAINT BOOK. Hi Sir,

I have booked connection in VIJAY GAS AGENCY at BESANT NAGAR providing all necessary Document which required for this.

Later during the month of July mid i receive a letter from VIJAY GAS agency notifying me that the connection is ready to take. They advise me to bring notary public certificate and additional proof along with the receipt while i book for new connection.

I made that ready , but when i am calling Vijay GAS agency refuse to giving new GAS connection telling me REGULATOR is not received from INDANE.

I am following them more than month, but no use for this.
Still the date of providing connection is not finalized for me

To whom it may concern,
Delivery person from Vijay Gas Agency (Besant Nagar) has refused to deliver gas without Rs 10 as tip. He has refused tip of Rs. 5. Whereas the bill says NO TIPS. Is this a consumer friendly service? Why does gas agency appoint such people for this job? This has happened more than once. Hope the agency takes some steps to regulate this kind of atrocities.

I have to point out with deep regret that Vijay Gas Agency (Phone:[protected]/6314) is extremely irregular in delivering gas to their customers. I can bet that no one can get to call them in any of their landlines and is always engaged for a life time. Their landlines are all bogus and of no use. Everytime, I dont know how to deal with them and hence this serious complaint to you, as I also understand that some customers somehow manage to get it their replacement of gas cylinders, in just a few days. Please arrange to shut down their agency and also bring about more than two or three agencies to supply gas to customers for sholinganallur and navalur customers. in navalur if you pay 650 they will give indane gas cylender immediately. means that hte peopls misusing please take action on this. i booked gas on 29/10/2009 at the time they told me that you will receive the refilled cylender with in 10 days, again i called today there is no response from them.

If this is not taken seriously, this problem will reach a point of irreversible mess.

I am a consumer of VIJAY GAS AGENCY ( Indane Distributors ID CODE : 1150) in Kelambakkam . It will get minimum 30 to 40 days to get refilled Cylinder after booking. And also compulsory asking thirty rupess (Rs.30) extra, Totally we have been paying more than Rs.370. All people have been paying this amount (Rs.370) in Kelambakkam. Kindly do the needful.
