[Resolved] Vijay Packers and Logistics — DISMAL SERVICE AND DIDN'T PROVIDE ME MY INSURANCE FOR MY GOODS | |||
Hi, Hired Vijay Packers and logistics, situated at Bijwasan, New Delhi, for packing and moving my all household items from dwarka, delhi to gomti nagar, lucknow for 4th Jan'2015. Their service was very dismal, no responsibilty and though they claimed that they will provide me the insurance from oriental company for the goods, with declared value of Rs. 1, 50, 000; and will provide me the soft copy of it in my e-mail by 4th evening; till date I haven't received any insurance policy, Secondly, they have broken many glass items of mine; and nobody is coming from their side for the survey. They don't pick up the phone. Don't know what to do. I[censored] dont have any shadow/ fraud company running in ur name and i[censored]r office is in bijwasan, near dwarka, delhi...then u r the same company..
i still have all the original bills, visiting cards, estimate given to me...and the phone call recordings with me..
So, dont plead innocence...

Myself Prathmesh Dubey from Nagpur & chose Vijay packers n logistics based of my friend who shift with there from Gurgaon to Nagpur. I called and spoke with there Gurgaon person who was very friendly and professional. He kept me informed of the details of the move. My elderly mother sold her house in Mumbai and was moving to a second independent house in Nagpur. She has a heavy Thomasville dining room set and also an antique solid mahogany poster queen size bed along with solid cherry nightstands, dresser and cupbord.
The moving crew were very professional and took great care in wrapping the furniture to prevent any damage and everything arrived in perfect condition. The moving crew worked well as a team and I was impressed at how fast they completed the move. I would definitely recommend Vijay Packers to family and friends. I called another five-star rated moving company for an estimate and they were Rupees 5000 more than Vijay Packers n Logistics. I would like to thank and the moving crew for a very positive moving experience.
