I purchased a TCL 55″ Mini LED TV (2025 model) from Vijay Sales, Iscon Branch (Devarc Mall, Ahmedabad) on 22-June-2025 for approximately ₹55, 000. The TV was installed on 25-June-2025 by TCL, and it has hardly been used (~2 hours total).
Shortly after, on 12-July-2025, the TV stopped turning on. I raised a complaint with Vijay Sales, which was forwarded to TCL. Technicians visited on 15-July and 17-July and attempted temporary software updates, after which the TV worked briefly. However, on 18-July-2025, the TV again stopped functioning.
Despite repeated complaints and calls to TCL Paldi Service Center and Vijay Sales, there has been no proper resolution. I also sent escalation emails to Vijay Sales on[protected] and follow-ups, but there has been no response for over 2 days.

What I Seek:
I am requesting a full replacement of the defective TCL 55″ Mini LED TV immediately as the product is brand new, has manufacturing issues, and repeated temporary fixes have failed.
I do not wish to continue with software patchwork for a new product and expect either a replacement or a full refund.
Resolution Requested:
✅ Immediate replacement of the defective unit.
✅ Commitment on replacement date or refund timeline.
✅ Acknowledgment of poor handling and service delays.
Impact:
This unresolved issue has caused financial loss, mental stress, and inconvenience during a house-shifting period. Both TCL and Vijay Sales have failed to provide timely support, and it is unfair for a consumer to suffer due to poor product quality and unresponsive service.
I request the Consumer Complaints Forum to kindly take up this matter with Vijay Sales and TCL India to ensure a fair and quick resolution.
