Cancellation, refund and no response from team

I ordered phone online on 7th Jan and dropped an email on 13th Jan because the customer rep gave false information that I will receive phone on 11th instead of 9th. I have ordered phone from Vijay sales is not delivert yet

I ordered an iPhone 15 plus from Vijay sales on 6 th Jan and according to the mail it was supposed to come on 10 th but even after two days of the deadline. I have not received my order, and they are not giving any tracking ID on the tracking page.

I have called many times to they customer service that keep telling me that they escalated but no response is coming I even mailed them but they have not replied yet....
