Firstly, the salesperson misinformed me that delivery would be completed within 48 hours. Although delivery happened, there was no communication regarding installation.

That means they deducted of Rs505 for the transaction amount of Rs.24048. which is completely wrong terms and conditions they have applied in their Vijay sales refund process for the customer.
