Vijay Sales — escalation: dissatisfied product and services (acer laptop)

Hi Team,

This is to inform you that I am very disappointed with the product and service of ACER laptop from Vijay Sales.

I had purchased a laptop on 25th May, 2025 from Vijay Sales Ratani, Pune-27, until today I have repaired it 3 times but still the issue is not resolved(Mother-board, Battery, Keypad issue). As per my understanding these are not minor issues for an unused laptop.

Small functions like excel, notepad, word etc. are also not working, as must say it is a completely useless piece but still I patiently repaired it 3 times as it was important for my office work.

I will surely not recommend Acer laptops and Vijay sales to my friends and family. I will share this review on both platforms on Acer & Vijay sales.

Request you to replace with the new laptop or refund my entire amount without any deductions.

I have attached the bills and later repaired laptop receipts.

Please do the needful at earliest, waiting for positive services and response.
