Vijay Sales — Fake Promise of extended warranty for LED TV - Videocon

I brought Videocon 40inch LED TV on 20th October 2014 from Vijay Sales. During which they promised promotion offer giving an extended 2 years warranty with the existing 3 years company warranty. I have registered my complaint with Vijay sales on 24th Nov 2014 is been 6 month since I registered a complaint with vijay sales not responded till date but I have been calling vijay sales customer care almost 4-5 times of the month and I am still awaiting response from Vijay Sales for past 6 month. Kindly Look into the matter & I have attached my Invoice & serial no snapshot with this complaint.
