Vijay Sales — Faulty A.C of Haier 1.5 ton HS18C-TQG38

We have purchased A.C of Haier 1.5 ton HS18C-TQG38 from Vijay sales Ashram Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 29/04/2022. We received a faulty piece of this A.C as it was not working properly. We lodged a complaint to Vijay Sales about it and they have sent executive to repair the same. We have an issue of cooling of A.C. Executive came to repair and we came to know that there are some leakages in A.C. After the repair after some days again the issue arrised and again their executive arrived at our place to check the problem. This time we came to know that full GAS tank was empty. It was not expected from new A.C. Now we are requesting them to take this product return and refund the amount as it is very new A.C and we have not used it yet and the problem is not getting solved by their side. But the are denying and asking to try last time to repair the A.C. Sir we have made full payment for NEW A.C and not for this faulty piece. This is to inform to Vijay Sales that if they are not able to solve this issue ASAP then I will go legal for the same. The Invoice attached for the reference.
