Vijay Sales — Faulty Installation, Misleading Information & Poor Customer Support Order TAT-F-SO5864

Purchased a cooler from Vijay Sales (Order No: TAT-F-SO5864) and had a very poor experience.

Firstly, the salesperson misinformed me that delivery would be completed within 48 hours. Although delivery happened, there was no communication regarding installation.

Secondly, the customer care support is extremely unhelpful. They keep redirecting me to the Attapur store, which does not answer calls at all.

Most importantly, the delivery personnel installed the cooler wheels incorrectly, due to which they have already become loose. This shows negligence and lack of proper service.

Despite multiple attempts, no proper resolution has been provided. This entire experience reflects poor coordination and lack of accountability from Vijay Sales.

I request immediate action to fix the installation issue and ensure proper service. Failing which, I will be forced to escalate this matter further through consumer forums.
