Mis-selling scam run by vijay sales opera house store. I have bought (yesterday) and delivered a haier washing machine vide bill code:[protected] today 20/03/2016. The salesman had promisingly offered that if i buy the product on the same day, they will provide me with a box containing liquid laundry soap from whirlpool company which should cover six months of my laundry. I was surprised to see that the machine was delivered without it. In some time, i contacted the store. The sales man returned my call and informed me that i was not given the offered laundry soap as i had availed of an additional discount on the machine. I informed back that the laundry soap was offered for purchasing the washing machine on the same day and nothing regarding the price was ever discussed or informed. But he refused to listen to me. I informed that it was very shameful of him to behave in this fashion. This behaviour of making false promises of vijay sales is truly unfair, unprofessional, misguiding and mis selling is totally unacceptable. It has caused a lot of agony. Refrigerator and washing machine
I had baught a refrigerator and a washing machinepayment was done on 26.5.16 delivery on 29.5.16 however both the items were damaged same was returned back
and now no reply from store for return delivery
attitude for the same by the store people was very rude
