I am writing to formally escalate a complaint regarding my TV repair request initially raised on 26 May 2025 through Vijay Sales.
Following my complaint, a technician visited the property and inspected the TV. He confirmed that the motherboard needed to be replaced. However, within a day or two, the replacement motherboard that was brought in turned out to be damaged, and the technician left without confirming whether the issue was resolved or not.
Since then, I have made over 50 calls to your customer service team, repeatedly requesting an update and a resolution. Despite this, I continue to receive false updates stating that a technician visited the property and that the issue has been resolved. This is completely inaccurate — no technician has visited the premises since the initial inspection.
It has now been over a month, and there is still no proper resolution, no communication, and no accountability. I am forced to follow up continuously, often having to leave my work just to seek an update — something that should have been proactively communicated by your team.
This ongoing negligence is unacceptable. I request immediate action to:
1. Arrange a technician visit and replace the damaged motherboard with a working one.
2. Provide a clear written confirmation once the issue is resolved.
3. Offer compensation for the inconvenience, time loss, and mental distress caused.
I will be compelled to take legal action through the Consumer Forum for deficiency in service and mental harassment.
I hope you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
