I ordered Godrej AC from Vijay Sales on 17th April 2026. As of today (22nd April 2026), the product has not been delivered. However, their tracking system incorrectly shows the order as “delivered.” More concerning is that the delivery date mentioned in the system is 18th March 2026, which is a month BEFORE the actual order date.

There is also no customer service available. I've tried contacting all phone numbers and emails provided on their website but there is no response.

Concerns:
Non-delivery of the product despite status showing “delivered”
Incorrect and illogical tracking information (delivery date prior to order date)
Lack of response from customer support despite multiple attempts to contact via phone and email

Requested Resolution:
Immediate clarification on the status of my order
Urgent delivery of the product or full refund of the paid amount
