Vijay Sales — Subject: Complaint: Unofficial 50 (D2D,DED) Charge Above Sanctioned Terms Needs Justification & Refund

Despite your sanction letter clearly mentioning a ₹1000 down payment, I was charged ₹1050 by the Vijay Sales team, citing a non-transparent and unexplained fee called "DEB D2D Charges."

I was told that this is sometimes paid by the dealer, and sometimes by the customer, without any written proof or explanation. When I raised concerns, they casually suggested cancelling the deal, but I knew this could affect my CIBIL score, so I continued under pressure.

This is a clear violation of the sanctioned loan terms. There was no disclosure of these charges in the documentation provided by IDFC FIRST Bank.

I request:

A formal investigation into this unauthorized charge.

A refund of ₹50 wrongly collected from me.

Clarity on how such charges are allowed outside the sanctioned loan agreement.

I expect a timely resolution and action against such practices which affect customer trust.
