Vijay Sales — technician asking extra charges beyond the fixed installation charges rs. 499

We purchased hitachi ac from vijay sales opera house, where the installation break up with cost provided to us in writing. Now the installation team of hitachi is asking for extra charges for drilling the extra whole in the wall (No info was given to us abt. It orally or written)

We called vijay sales customer care on this issue, where they said it is part of hitachi company policy (Which vijay sales were unaware of) to charge extra for extra drilling whole (No ref. Document or paper shared with us while purchasing)

We had to spend 1000 Rs. more for extra hole in the wall done by local masonar. Looking for refund o the same.

Team Hitachi,

Your local team has called & informed that a technician will come for the inspection of drills done in the wall, but they did not come. Surprising that how a customer complain is tackled at reputed companies like HItachi.

Don't know how much patients will be tested here for the refund of INR 1000.

They contacted saying local team will tackle this. No response after that.
Gentle Reminder...stop the harrassment by not caring about the complain, though it is intervened by consumers forum
