Vijay Sales — videocon led screen is having distorted images and speakers are having trouble noises.

My led is not working properly, its have distored images and speaker voice is not coming in a distored manner. I asked the videocon customer care to help in this but they are taking visiting charges but not providing service as they mentioned they do not have parts and then said my extended warranty is expired though my warranty is valid till 30 oct 2019. Still no on helping nor vijay sales people. Warranty is not accepting my the videocon, this is fraud.
