My name is Vishal. I recently bought a new Apple AirPods from your Palam Vihar, Gurgaon store. After taking it home, I started facing problems with those AirPods. The next day, I called your store and informed them that there is a problem and I want to get it replaced, but your staff clearly refused, saying that once the product is taken out of the store, it cannot be changed. I did not even use it for a single day. Today, when I was going back to the store, the product got damaged again on the way. According to your policy, unused products can be exchanged within 7 days, so why did your staff lie? Such a high-value product was bought from your store, yet in terms of service, your staff lies a lot. Today, it's been 7 days since I bought the product, and now that the product is damaged, I am facing so many problems from your side. I will continue to complain about this because you people deceive customers regarding the product.
I have also attached my invoice details, you can see how many days it has been since the purchase, but due to your store staff, I am facing so many problems today. I had already mentioned that there was a problem with the buds, but your store staff refused to help directly.
