This mail is regarding the wrong billing as a consequence of the faulty meter carrying the ref. no.[protected]. The meter was out of order for the current month, but the eb personnel (contact ms. padmapriya) have charged 3910.00 for 9 units of consumption and 3000.00 as arrears. We have requested for the explanation with tneb by email and registered post.[protected] and[protected]. I hereby request you to do the needful at the earliest.
