Vijaya Honda — Poor service

The complaint is against the dealer "Vijaya Honda", Navalur, near Tollgate, Chennai 603103.
Their bike service is very poor and they made a hole in my seat and later declined to agree that. I changed the seat cover by paying money. I need a refund. It's their fault. They have to pay me back.
Kindly take necessary actions.
Also when I complained about this to the branch manager he didn't even reply properly. He just ignored my complaint and asked for proof. How is it even possible for a manager to respond like that. Felt very bad about the dealer.
