Vikas Patil — cheating

Hi Sir
A person named vikas patel told me he s working in Indian Army sold me a vivo mobile for rs 3000. I have paid all amount through PAYTM but he didn't send me parcel but he send me parcel picture of indian army parcel service. After that a courier person call me and told me to send security deposit.. Totally we sent 11, 0000
Now they are asking 5000 again. I lost my money i have all the photos of that person plz action soon.Can u please help me to refund the amount..
We have great respect on our Indian Army... Coz of this such ### ppl shouldn't feel ba on army.
