Description: I logged in around 1:15p.m for rear view mirror change. Since the mirror was cracked wanted to change and enquired.They told full set of rear view mirror with handle requires change and charged Rs.300. Invoice No: SCSI /1317. Purchased the set and waited to get the mechanic to change. Couple of times the mechanic tried and told some screw needs to be purchased. I checked in reception and they told lunch time and hence it would take 2:30 p.m to attend. Since I need to wait for more than an hour told it might get late and need a refund. They didnot refund and made me wait and In to check all over the showroom for help. @ 3:20 a mechanic told yolk is repaired and requires replacement. They finally made me to wait for another one hour and charged 132 for yolk and labour. The waiting time is horrible and no respect or intimation to customer.
