Vignan Educational Foundation — not got the monthly bill

we are supposed to get the bill on 12/04/2008 since it is going to be 18/04/2008 still we have not yet received the monthly bill

I can just say 'No Comments' on the query regarding MSc Nursing program offered by Vinayaka Mission University in Dubai.

But I can surely give the exact details of MSc Nursing program of India. Firstly MSc Nursing in India is a FULL TIME 2 YEAR program. 19 January 2010, The Ministry of Human Resource Development [MHRD] India, has withdrawn the tag of 'Deemed University' from 44 such universities.

The MHRD review committee found the following shortcomings in the 44 aforementioned universities:
1. Undesirable management structure where families rather than professional academics controlled the functioning
2. Several institutions had violated the principles and guidelines prescribing excellence in teaching and research and were engaged in introduction of thoughtless programmes
3. Little evidence of noticeable efforts in case of emerging areas of knowledge
4. Little evidence of commitment towards research
5. Institutions increased their intake capacity disproportionately
6. Undergraduate and post-graduate courses were fragmented with concocted nomenclatures
7. Higher fee structure than prescribed

I am migrated student of Chhattisgar (Chhattisgarh private univeristy) and then join final Semester-VI of MCA from VMRF Deemed university (Vinayaka mission's university, salem, tamil nadu) and passed last semester and recieved marks sheet of last semester, provision certificate, TC and Migration in 2006 but University is not providing Consolidate Marks sheet, please give me Suggestions.

Dear Sir,

I had registered in the distance eduction course in Vinayaka Mission University through the Goa Correspondence college,in Goa in June 2009.

I answered my exams in Jan 2010 and till now not recieved any communications from them.

What steps should i take forward

Iam Mr.mahalingam i completed my M.Sc(N) in 2010 at tamilnadu then i joined as a lecturer in agarwal college of nursing, Guruharshahai.Ferozpur dist Punjab. But there were given only three month appoinment for inspection purpose after completion the inspection they terminate from their college but still they are using my certificate for the all the inspections.pls advice me what to do

I am Ab Rashid Dar working in Dubai, i have done my M phil Commerce Programme through vinayaka Mission University in Delhi branch of winsoft techonologies, i have appeared all 3 papers of marketing finance and research Methodology, but in my marks sheet on paper of marketing is showing absent, i have approched the centre since march 2010, but no action has been taken by the centre, kindly advice me what to do as i have incured huge amout of money to pursue the programme

i have done my Bca from vinayaka university. but now i am doing b.ed from punjab university.i need my migration cerificate then i send my all docoments with date 20july, 2012 500/-draft fees through courier then i wait two month but i have no received my migration. then i again send all my docoment date 28oct, 2012 with 500/-fees draft. but till date i have no received. i need it very urgent

yes approved this is deemed university this can not offer distance course form another state and off campus this is provide only on campus either distance or regular so dont worry for admission process

After this I was doing family business, now I want to seek employment based on this degree. pls conform if this degree is valid for govt jobs or not. Also can I apply for h1b to usa on this degree ? Sir, i am deepak bali is the student of vinayaka Mission Universtiy in the subject Bachelor of Computer Application (BAC) in the session July, 2008 and i am completed final year in 2012. The university not submit me degree in BCA

Even i have completed my B.Com Degree through correspondence in year 2006 but till now i have not got my convocation certificate, last year 2009 Feb they have collected the fees through dd 1000+ for convocation and they said we will get this certificate in the month of April 2009 but till now we have not received, when ever we call to college only one response we will get that is you will get in this month end or next month mid you will receive your convocation through courier.

They are there only to collect money, they are not providing any thing else.

this university is a total absurd establishment, minting money
i was running their courses and guess what they passed and issued marksheets to those students
who never appeared in the exams

Is it mean that the MSN certificate issued by Vinayaka missions university to students studied in Dubai is fake? The students paid up to 3, 50, 000 INR for the course and spend more than 3 years (including the 1 year waiting for certificate). If it is fake, where we can complain about the university. Many emails were sent to the university on diferent occasions but non of them were responded.
If it is fake, then it is clear cheating.

I was enrolled with ur university in 2006 through Presidency College, Pathanamthitta, Kerala. It was run by a person called Joshi. But they haven't provided even the 1st year passing mark list. Now the college is stopped and there is no intimation from there side for the the IInd year schedule. There is some fradulent things going on. So I ould like u consider this matter on a pririty basis or please let me know what should be done regarding the same.

They have assured me of the certificate without writing the exams and I have submitted a total of Rs.17000 for the 1st year and now they are not even picking the phone.
