I nikhil mandal have completed my ma degree in (Arts) from vinayaka mission university through distance study center named global institute of management - kolkata under registration no.[protected], in 2012. I have applied for my original certificate on 2012 by cheque no 189805 rs. 1025/- date 14.12.2012 speed post, but i did not get my original certificate. I, ajay kumar ojha bearing registration no.[protected] was enrolled for M.A IN HISTORY program.i passed second year exam in march 2013.further i got mark sheets without any provisional certificate through my sudy center BHARAT INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING road no 6 rajiv nagar patna bihar.plz help how could i get provisional or origional certificate
