Process with Vinfinity started from September 2024 onwards. Initially till the time they got the money, they were happily calling. But post sending the money to some Kiran Khurana ([protected]), post that all the problems started. I have paid approx 1L for 4 countries. Below are the details:
1. As per CRM, somebody will call and understand my profile (which never happened) post which they will do my profile assessment.
2. Profile assessment was done wrong as nobody called and understood (no discussion prior)
3. No follow ups for interview, no scheduling of interviews. (only update I received was we are waiting for the update)
4. Scheduled wrong interviews for wrong profiles. Post escalation only 2 interviews were scheduled for right profile.
5. Tried following up too many times but still no response.
6. Felt all the interviews were conducted by same person by different names.
7. I am following up for refund and they have stopped reverting back to my emails.
8. Attaching all the UPI transactions and whatspp chat (cannot attach)with one of the Case manager. Was this information helpful? |
