I have reached out to Vinfinity immigration and they said to me that they are going to provide job assistance to USA and took 4.5 k initially to check skill assessment and to find out companies interested in my profile and asked to sign an agreement by paying 90K, so that they are going to schedule interviews and once selected the companies in USA will sponsor me with Work permit.
It looks like a bull [censored] for me and spoke to few of my friends down in USA and understood its a fraud and then i have decided to with draw and asked for my initial refund and the guy from Vinfinity denied saying that there wont be any refunds and we have invested in you and marketed your profile to multiple companies and we wont refund.
It was hardly after my initial payment in 2 days they have sent a mail and said that these companies are interested in you and 2 days later i wanted to withdraw and his rsponse was like we have worked out on your CV and invested and we cant refund you.
Such a Fraud company please dont believe these Immigration consultancies and dont lose money.
How can he get me a USA sponsor work permit visa from India by scheduling an interview, without filing H1B, is it possible? Was this information helpful? |
