I have bought the luggage on 22nd January, 2024 from VIP Lounge, Hyderabad-500064.
Till now the trolley of the bag has broken down three times.
First time it was repaired by VIP at Hyderabad and second time at VIP, at Korum Mall Thane. I am registering the third time today (1st December, 2024.
This bag has defective trolley. VIP should give me a new reliable bag at no cost to me. Additionally it should pay damages for inconvenience caused at Rs 10, 000 per incidence--a total of Rs 30, 000.
