I am regular customer of big bazaar. I purchased a vip luggage trolley (Model - aristocrat veyron) on dt 07/07/19 at varanasi big bazaar (Sigra store). Quality problem in one wheel (Heavily worn out) was observed in above trolley within one month, which i had reported at your store on dt 27/07/19. I requested for replacement of trolley but they arranged repairing by replacement of defective wheel. But in next trip again quality...

I have bought the luggage on 22nd January, 2024 from VIP Lounge, Hyderabad-500064.

Till now the trolley of the bag has broken down three times.

First time it was repaired by VIP at Hyderabad and second time at VIP, at Korum Mall Thane. I am registering the third time today (1st December, 2024.

This bag has defective trolley. VIP should give me a new reliable bag at no cost to me. Additionally it should pay damages for inconvenience caused at Rs 10, 000 per incidence--a total of Rs 30, 000.
