I was sold this membership with lost of false promises. The consultant i was assigned didn’t even update me about his week offs until i raised it on numerous calls and emails. The consultant never reverted during his shift timings and whenever i pinged him, he said his shift is over. The matches from the consultant was okay - not hand picked/out of the world etc, compared to what is being told to you when you are about to do the payment. They will never escalate your issue. They will mark it to resolve and they will not reach out to you ever. I had to go through 4 different people(each taking 30-40 mins for the same story to play again and again), numerous emails (with no response), numerous calls(where people even hung up on call) to escalate issues. At the end, you lose your hard earned money, time and energy for nothing. Its useless and worthless. Pls think hard before investing here. At the end, when i asked for a refund for the remaining time, I was told I am talking to the highest escalation point - Afreen shaikh and there is no concept of refund at all. And all this time, all the other 4 people that i had talked to had mentioned refund policy. You can understand how hollow and fraud this service is! Just beware! Was this information helpful? |
