[Resolved] Vipin Yadav — Snapdeal fraud & cheating | |||||
I had Purchased Self-Supporting Mosquito Net form snap deal and paid 899 via My Net Banking Account on[protected] On[protected] I received wrong product with malafied intention of seller and snapdeal to. The Product delivered to me was supported mosquito net. I made complaint regarding it but no resolution provided till now. even snapdeal handt refunded my money in my account till yet. On[protected] I received call from their customer care that my payment would be refunded through original mode for that i had to update my bank details. Same day i had emailed them but till now no payment reflected in my account. its totally a forgery which was made on me by snapdeal. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Mar 25, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved It was Not resolved.. I had been called Today from Number 011-66795000 and i had been assured that my complaint will be resolved. same words repetitively used since 15 March 2016
since 15-03-2016 I made 17 Voice Calls + 6 Emails & 5 Tickets thru Help section of Snapdeal but nothing happens. Its Fake that My Complaint was Resolved as i already had setup my mind to sue them for huge. Already spoke to lawyer today to make a draft of my case to submit in consumer court of delhi. | |||||

Your Department already knows everything about me. i had sent so many email but till now on 07 April 2016 my money was not refunded...
