I live in Mumbai and placed a service contract (guaranted one) with Viraj Pest Control Services. Firstly they have a pathetic staff, who are just not worth talking to. The pest control services provided by them rendered just no relief.They just add a spoonful of pesticide and most of it is water and use this for spraying which is no use at all. The excuses they give for not sending anybody for the next service on complaining are as silly as somebody in the owner's family died, the worker was on his way and he got hospitalised, the guy who take the service is in the market/ or has gone downstairs for some work. Moreover they do not return any calls. Its a sincere request for somebody to please take up the complaint and help in its redressal. It really needs help. :( They have troubled us.
