Pathetic service. I stay in powai and had got a pest control treatment done. It was ineffective and the problem still remains. They dont even come back to re do it !
Viraj Pest Control — Complaint
I had an issue of cockroaches in our house so i contacted Viraj Pest control through Just Dial service. The serviceman who came did not had a clue as to what to do. After directives from us, he placed a chemical glue in the house. We were assured of 3 months guarantee & if not satisfied they'll provide the service free of cost. The cockroaches never dissapeared & the chemical never worked. After several complaint on Viraj contact number "[protected]" the lady assured of sending the serviceman but no one turned up.BAD COMPANY AND THE SERVICE IS NOT GOOD!
poor and very very bad and arrogant person, , also talks like gunda to customer when we rephone them about the compliant not getting resolved, , they say they will send tomorrow yesterday and passed away entire month

a very true, , a poor poor service from viraj pest control, and when we call them they talk like gundas and dsays come here and do whatever u want, a pathetic company to deal with lost my whole money with no service
very arrogent people, pesticide not effective, they use toxic odour pesticide instead of promised non toxic odourless pesticide...also, have to call them atleast 15-20 times...TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, IS COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, MONEY ENERGY AND MENTAL HARRASHMENT
They are the pathetic ppl on the world.. they have no right to do business. viraj the owner is the worst man i have ever met.. he shoudl shut down his business and start begging.. i wish their business and he himeslf should collapse under a bus.. they are beggersm thiefs, run away with money of so many ppl. never provide any service once the amc contract is done.. before that they just make promise. india is suffering because of these kind of man like viraj.. he is foolish, dumb, and no ethics of doing business in a service industry. they just know how to make ppl fool. And what to say about their staff like the boss like the staff, all are wothless.. i really wish from the bottom of my heart.. that he should collapse and their business (Any business he do) should shut down.. he ran away with my money.. he has no right to live prosperous and happy.. he should and he will suffer.

I wish I had seen this post before i placed a contract with them. They indeed are the worst people I have ever come across. Moreover, its surprising that even after more than 2 years their business has still not been shut down even after so many complains on the portal. We should seriously be doing something about this guy. Have any of your problem been dealt with after registering on any of these consumer complaint forums?
