Viral Deals — handy portable a/c

I have purchased handy portable a/c from viral deals (Order#vds 103262).
I received this item in broken condition. I have immediately send mail to viral deals on their mail id [protected]@viraldeals.in with pictures of the broken product.
I am trying to contact them over phone (Number [protected]) however their phone is coming engaged. I think company must be in punjab state from the message heard in phone.

I have paid cash of inr 2100/- on getting the delivery.
I want my money back and need your help in getting refund.
