Viral Deals — I haven't received the ordered product

This is second time raising an complaint against the company named viral deals.
I had ordered for product on viral deal on 15th nov, 2019. I have made the payment as well & the order id is #vds231107. I am trying to contact them but they are unavailable. However after trying several times they responded and said that the product has been shipped & gave me the tracking details.in that its very clear after they had shipped the product only after a complaint was raised. I was supposed to recieve the product by today which i haven't got it yet. Surprisingly, the logistics updates also have been stopped from 22 nov, 2019. And there's not a single person to clarify the same.
I think these people are fraud as far as online shopping is concerned. I need help to get my money back from these fake people. I wonder how these frauds are getting access to the public & are able to cheat people so easily.
