I had ordered two things from your site. Order id no. Vds180919, registered mob no. [protected].
1) 7 days hair oil - which seal was already broken
2) flawless brows - which is not working properly. And battery was not included.
These guys are making fool of customers. Hair oil bottle should full with oil but that was complete half. That flawless eyebrow tool not working not staying on hair. You mentioned in package that battery is included in package but there was no battery i specially went to market and buy 50 rs battery. Who will pay me that 50 rs for battery. This company?
Oil refund i dont want. But i was expecting my refund of rs 199/- back for flawless eyebrows on immediate basis. I also shared pics of the same. I tried to call there customer executives many times on [protected] [protected]. They pic the call sometimes and only one answer all executives having that only mail can provide solution, we cant help on this.
