Viral Deals — received damaged product and requesting for refund

I have ordered smoothfinish stream iron Box from viral deals and did COD. The received product is damaged and not working as expected.Water is pouring out when the button is pushed which is given on the top of the iron box.not functioning well. Tried reaching to customer care but none of my callsand mails are answered. I need my money back.viral deal is not trust worthy online dealer.
