I ordered straighten pro hair straightener from this site but the product I received is not same what was displayed on the site. Also it was sent without the box and was completely wet when I opened the package. There was rust on the screws of the machine and it was dirty and looks used. I have sent multiple mails to their support team for refund but haven't received any response.
I need refund and book complaint against the fraud they have done.
