I had bought hand held steam iron from viraldeals.in but i didn't like the product so i spoke ti them they told me to courier it to them they will refund the money in viral deal account but i sent the product alond with the bill but after receiving my product they sent the mail stating they received the item & they will refund the money & i can buy something else in their website later but i didn't get any refund. Tried calling them but the number is always busy or out of range.
