Viraldeal — I didn't get my refurbished redmi note 4

Updated by justine baby Sir, i got an offer from viraldeal about refurbished redmenote4. I place an order at viraldeal13/9/2017. I paid the cash with federal bank rupay card on the same day. And i got an order no.[protected] at 03:23pm on 13/9/2017. I paid an amount of rs2749 using debit card. But didn't get the product yet. I called them in there contact and customer care numbers but it was swithced off till 21/09/2017. I don't know what i want to do. I am requesting you to take necessary action. Or to pay my cash back please.
