Viraldeal — non delivery of redmi 4 despite payment already made. | |||
On 27th Feb 2018 booked a Redmi 4 mobile through Viraldeal and amount has been deducted from my account. As I paid it through debit card. But I did not get any confirmation from Viraldeal office. This is the first time I am been experiencing this type of dealing with online shop. Whether, Viraldeal is fraud company?Otherwise there have been so many complaints lodged same just like my case. Interestingly not a single reply was given to complaints. In view of the above may I request you to kindly look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had order a Furbished Redmi 4 mobile through Viraldeal on 27th FEb 2018, and amount Rs. 2749/- has been deducted from account. But till today I have not received any confirmation from Viraldeal office. I had tried to contact on their customer care number, everytime it says that this network is out of range .
I assumed this company (Viraldea) is totally fraud company, who used to dupe to public . If this practice is not stopped here right now, more complaint will be lodge against Viraldeal in future.
