Viraldeals — damaged product

I have ordered tummy tucker from viral deal on jun-19. Order no vds 90240.
For rs 799. Order was delivered by expressbees on 24 th jun. After opening product it was damaged one, having holes and there was no tag attached to the product. Quality itself is worst and cheap. I have raised compliant on the very same day, sent photo of damaged product. As per there refund policy product has been couriered through dtdc to viral deals and delivered to them on 6 th of july.

Instead of repeated reminders and mails getting no revert from them. Number given website is fake. It seems this is fraud company and such online business which are cheating people should be taken at serious note.

Please refund my entire amount of 799/- + courier charges of rs. 120/-
