Viridian Red — is ashish bhalla really guilty?

I am hearing some rumors about ashish bhalla which is really disturbing. I don't know how authentic this information is but i've recently invested in wtc and now after hearing all this about ashish bhalla i am really worried. I know how genuine the brand is and believe in it. I don't think bhalla can cheat his investors. I think this is only a marketing gimmick by other players, nothing more than that.

Even I'm an investor and know that Ashish Bhalla is definitely not guilty. This has become trend where competitors try to malign some big name in the industry. WTC is for sure a renowned name in the market and the person behind making this brand huge in India Mr. Bhalla can't cheat his consumers. So believe in the brand.
Last year, Vivo Mobile, shifted their operations to WTC Noida and likewise other big conglomerates are also shifting to WTC. Competitors are trying to trap Ashish Bhalla and damage his image in the market. There's nothing to get worry about, he is a known personality and someone who has always cared for his consumers' money can't cheat them.
These days it's really easy to ruin somebody's image in the market. Mr. Bhalla is certainly not guilty. The ex-management of AN Buildwell- SK Hooda and Sunil Gandhi are the ones to blame. They have bluffed the buyers by not providing houses after taking the money for their project. Buyers are still in the hope of getting their first house. They have looted innocent customers and now absconding.

Truly said Mr Sharma. It has become really easy to fool buyers and the cheaters like SK Hooda and Sunil Gandhi are the ones to but behind the bars. Today the real estate sector is down and many builders are delaying construction and abandoning the construction work and the innocent buyers and the consumers are the real victims.
Even I agree with what Mr Sharma is saying. These two frauds SK Hooda and Sunil Gandhi are ones to blame on, not Mr. Bhalla. They are the real defaulters. For the past many years they have been taking money and not providing the house to the buyers in Delhi-NCR.
I don't think that Mr. Bhalla is involved in any scam. These are just false rumors. The main scammers are AN Buildwell's Sunil Ghandhi and SK Huda. They are clearly fooling innocent buyers and investors and eating their money.
As per my research and knowledge Sunil Ghandhi and SK Hooda are the ones who ate and digested investors' hard-earned money. They have used buyers' money for their own personal projects and now they are absconding.
SK Hooda and Sunil Gandhi are the real cheaters. They had promised delivery of flats in, but stalled the construction. And now despite buyers' and investors' repeated requests and visits, they have not been updated about the reasons of the sudden stoppage of work and the plans of completion. Big time scammers!!!
Investors who invested their hard earned money to buy house in AN Buidwell project seeks strict actions against offender Sunil Gandhi and SK Hooda. These builders have used buyers' money have not even moved a rock in more than a year.
Sunil Gandhi and SK Hooda are the offenders. The construction has stopped and the assured returns have not been paid to the investors. This is highly disappointing and I really feel bad for the innocent investors. I am investor in Viridian Red and I know trustworthy the brand is. They are doing some great work in Noida and Chandigarh.
ANB promoters are culprits. I agree with Mr Mishra, Viridian Red is a trustworthy brand. They have completed their project WTC Noida on time and now WTC Chandigarh is also moving towards its final completion.
I agree with you all. These two Sunil Gandhi and SK Hooda are the offenders and have brutally cheated investors. We need strict action against them.
Today fraud builders like Sunil Gandhi and SK Hooda make fake promises include date of handover of possession of the house, % of returns, freebies and so on. And then they just ran away with buyers' money. They cheat innocent buyers who are investing their hard earned savings towards their dream home.
Police is planning to set up a special investigation team to probe allegations of fraud against Sunil Gandhi and SK Hooda. We really need strict action against them.
These situations have created a negative image of the Indian real estate in the mind of people. Prime Minister Modi is urging NRIs to invest in India, but with frauds like Sunil Gandhi and SK Hooda, who are looting people, no one will invest in India.
The scammers like Sunil Gandhi and SK Hooda not only take buyers' money, but they also kill their dream of owning their new home.
Buying a home is the largest purchase of our lives, and a huge chunk of our life savings put on the line. And then frauds like Sunil Gandhi and SK Hooda came into the picture to ruin our hard-earned savings. We want strict action against them.
Real estate market is going through a transitional phase. Things are going to get better over time and the reforms will help in shaping up the industry to a more consumer-friendly market. But to uproot fraud from the sector we want legal action against builders like Sunil Gandhi and SK Hooda.
2017 saw that the Government making it clear that home buyers will no longer be at the mercy of real estate developers, and putting various measures in place to ensure that housing supply syncs up with demand and pertinent projects are developed. As govt is doing so much for the sector we also want legal action against builders like Sunil Gandhi and SK Hooda so that such scams won't happen in future.
Reforms like RERA and GST, as well as infrastructure status to affordable housing, have revived consumer sentiment to a great extent but frauds like ANB ones somewhere kill the positive sentiments. So in order to revive the real estate condition, we want strict action against Sunil Gandhi and SK Hooda
2018 is expected to be a year of consolidation of products and services - with the impacts of all policy initiatives taken in 2016-17 will start taking shape in the coming year. In order to revive the buyers' sentiment need to put a full stop on real estate scams and frauds. Punish Sunil Gandhi and SK Hooda
