Virjaah — Item not yet dispatched

I ordered a basket from the website for ₹289 and paid for it through paytm.Whenever I check the status of my order it shows that the order is being processed.I ordered on 25th nov, 2021 and it is has been 6 days today and I don’t know the status of my order.Even the estimated delivery date is also not mentioned.
