Visa Bill Pay-Vodafone Mumbai Ind — Fraud transactions on my credit card

Hello,

I am a credit card holder of SBI Credit card ending with 7006. On 27-Oct-2016, I got a fraud call from someone saying they are calling from SBI bank and told me my credit card as well. And asked me to read out the message that I got from SBI. The message was One time Passowrd message and I thinking the call is from bank, told everything in the message. Later I got message on my mobile about transactions on my credit card. That when I realised the call I got was a fraud call. and when I logged in into my account I saw there were 4 transactions done on my credit card and 2 of which were in the name of TTSL MRUPEE MUMBAI MAH. Here are the transaction details:

Can this be looked into and cancel these transactions? If you need any more details on these transaction, I will try to get it from the bank. But its really sad to kow that someone can just make a fraud call and make transaction easily and neither the bank nor your company could detect its fraud.
