In FEB 2018, I was looking Canada PR process Consultancies in Bangalore. I have got call (FEB 2018) from Visas Abroad team and explained me PR process and promised me and to me and to my wife they provide guidance on IELTS preparation and other things, I also visited their office in NOVEL TECH PARK, Bengaluru- 560068.
I have paid 50, 000/- To Visas abroad account (Axis Bank# Reference Number#IRF9194206) on 26.Feb.18 as Initial payment for PR process initiation for me and my wife. After this they informed to arrange educational transcripts (Educational mark sheets attested by respective Universities). I spent ~17, 000/- for arranging these transcripts for both o[censored]s.
In March 2018, I went to Bangalore Visas Abroad office at NOVEL TECH PARK to Submit my Transcripts. NOVEL TECH PARK team told that they have vacated building just before that week.
After my enquiry they have closed all their office branches (Bangalore and Noida) by cheating many customers like me with all money and assets.
I have contacted Visas abrod staff, told me that they were running business with fake names and cheated employees as well.

By making several calls finally they (Sameer and Palak) started picking up my calls from April onwards, and saying we have closed branches due to personal issues, then I have asked Visa abroad team to refund my money. They are denying refunding money and will continue business without any authorisation and offices.
Finally, Swati agreed to pay two month back, now all of sudden she turned back and saying will not do refund as per company policy.
I am attached my evidences: Agreement copy, Payment receipts, Invoice receipts and others
Please help to on my refund initiation, Please let me know if more details required from my end.

Big Fraud company do not approach for any kind of services.
I have made payment 50, 000 Rupees to Visas Abroad Services LLP Bank account, Axis Bank Bank Account Number : [protected] towards Canada PR process service facility. After my payment initiation on FEB 26th 2018 VisasAbroad management closed(on March 2018) their branches across India without any customer intimation.

Great trick to defame the firm by competitors.
This unethical act is just to defame the organisation. We have no record or recollection of any customer experience fitting into your made up story and description.
You are not our client and you are/ were not even associated with our organisation (Who are you); we cannot even verify anything about your identity from your name or details, which appears to have just been created for one acquisition of disparaging and defaming our firm.
With this unethical act, they are showing their failure and mental illness. I don't know what's wrong with people, who can't earn respect with hard work & think blacking & defaming people would help them grow in life. It's very easy to write a review or a
Complain on Internet. If people think VISAS ABROAD has cheated or fooled anybody please contact local authorities instead of trying cheap tricks to defame a reputed firm. If you are right instead of crying on Internet please go to authorities or court.
However if the complaint, as listed in the review has any documentation available, you are whole heartedly invited to show the evidences in an open public forum.
This review is just an act of absurdity to defame the organisation, due to VISAS ABROAD huge demand in the market and ongoing success.
If it is not a competitor defames strategy and you are real, then show your details with concrete evidence openly.
Our legal team have already started following up with Cyber Cell/ Economic Offences and tracked the IP address of the people involved in this unethical act. Company has already taken legal action against the fake complaint under defamation law. This is considered as a serious matter and is under investigation.
