In FEB 2018, I was looking Canada PR process Consultancies in Bangalore. I have got call (FEB 2018) from Visas Abroad team and explained me PR process and promised me and to me and to my wife they provide guidance on IELTS preparation and other things, I also visited their office in NOVEL TECH PARK, Bengaluru- 560068.
I have paid 50, 000/- To Visas abroad account (Axis Bank# Reference Number#IRF9194206) on 26.Feb.18 as Initial payment for PR process initiation for me and my wife. After this they informed to arrange educational transcripts (Educational mark sheets attested by respective Universities). I spent ~17, 000/- for arranging these transcripts for both o[censored]s.
In March 2018, I went to Bangalore Visas Abroad office at NOVEL TECH PARK to Submit my Transcripts. NOVEL TECH PARK team told that they have vacated building just before that week.
After my enquiry they have closed all their office branches (Bangalore and Noida) by cheating many customers like me with all money and assets.
I have contacted Visas abrod staff, told me that they were running business with fake names and cheated employees as well.

By making several calls finally they (Sameer and Palak) started picking up my calls from April onwards, and saying we have closed branches due to personal issues, then I have asked Visa abroad team to refund my money. They are denying refunding money and will continue business without any authorisation and offices.
Finally, Swati agreed to pay two month back, now all of sudden she turned back and saying will not do refund as per company policy.
I am attached my evidences: Agreement copy, Payment receipts, Invoice receipts and others
Please help to on my refund initiation, Please let me know if more details required from my end.

I am writing this review after hearing an alarming rate of people fooled by them.

My brother worked in their organisation and proofs (Recordings and pictures) he showed to me we're shocking, today he called me and told the clients he got for them were fooled, cheated 420 and now even are getting black mailed.

This is a fake agency being run from a small room, whose primary business is to cheat people on name...
