Vishnu Cars Private Limited — WORST service at VISHNU CARS( NEXA), sellankuppam, cuddalore

I would like to report the poor service offered by VISHNU CARS, Maruti ( NEXA), sellankuppam, Cuddalore.
I had serviced my Breeza ( PY05A4163) at VISHNU CARS, Maruti ( NEXA), sellankuppam, Cuddalore during September 2025 after driving about 95Km. The service cost was around Rs.86000. Since then, I am facing lot of issues in my vehicle. Immediately I faced sound coming at my left rear wheel and drove to service centre. The service advisor informed the wheel bearing on the right front wheel is damaged and has to be replaced. I was shocked on hearing it and reported that the sound is from the rear wheel not in the front wheel. The service team were adamant in saying that my sound perception is so as the sound comes from the front. The said it would cost around Rs4500 including Lathe labour charges. I questioned them why you have checked when the vehicle was with you for 4 days for service and you have serviced the front wheel. I went to the service station the next day and found that no service was performed on the vehicle for 2 days. I asked them to do it immediately and asked them to check the rear wheel and noticed that the pad adjustment was not proper. If I hadn’t been there, I would spend 4500 Rs unwantedly. This incident broke all my trust with VISHNU CARS on seeing the poor serviced offered. Driving another 500 Km, I found white smoke at the exhaust and poor acceleration, I immediately sensed this needs technical attention. I stopped the vehicle and reported the case to service team. On the conference call( Sunday, 30 November 2025) ( TSM, Mr Bala and Service advisor-NEXA cuddalore), I requested the team to tow my vehicle to the service station and said I can even wait until the weather improves as vehicle is parked safe at my home. But the Mechanic came to my home and drove the vehicle to service station to cuddalore which is about 45 Km from my home. I wasn’t there at that time and requested the mechanic not to drive and tow. He was adamant in saying this is a simple issue and drove to cuddalore.
Until now, they haven’t diagnosed the problem and prolonging by giving strange answers to the problem. I doubt the service team and request you to look into the issue and provide me a solution. I have lost all faith and hope. This is not the service I want .
