I would like to report the poor service offered by VISHNU CARS, Maruti ( NEXA), sellankuppam, Cuddalore.
I had serviced my Breeza ( PY05A4163) at VISHNU CARS, Maruti ( NEXA), sellankuppam, Cuddalore during September 2025 after driving about 95Km. The service cost was around Rs.86000. Since then, I am facing lot of issues in my vehicle. Immediately I faced sound coming at my left rear wheel and drove to service centre. The service advisor...

I serviced my car at neyveli last month. but i was satisfied their service. i told them then they have routed to avadi service centre. Today (01st Oct 22) vishnu cars service man came and he took my car in the morning around 11.00am. They didn't do service and they handed over the car without doing anything even water service. is ths is the way vishnu cars cares about customers. please let us know ASAP?

I have been working at Vishnu Cars for three years now, working hours are from 9 am to 10 pm. But the salary of the employees working here is very low...and their only aim is to get job and profit...they don't pay properly here. They take jobs even on holidays and don't pay them properly.. They are making the employees suffer by not paying wages and incentives for the whole month.. I request you to give them proper salary..

Dear Sir,
I am writing this complaint regarding service from Maruti Suzuki service center in Neyveli.I left the car to them for 20K service and after 20 days while i was driving the car suddenly stopped and i noticed that engine oil fully drained out.At the time of service they have not fixed the drain bolt properly and the company accepted its fault and also said they will repair it for free of charge.Now it is more than 3 weeks they have not finished and i dont get a proper response from them and most important thing is they have send the Engine to third party garage.Car is new Swift BS6 model and have run only 20K.when it stopped after that the engine was unable to crank and upto me the engine should have been Seized.But they are not saying the truth and they have send the engine to repair from third party garage.How can i accept a seized engine repaired which has run only 20K when the fault fully was from the service done by them.Also how could the service center send the engine to third party garage outside the Maruti service center.I hope that i can get a solution after sending this complaint.Pls take action at the earliest possible.

Myself and my friend joined for driving class in vishnu cars private limited, guduvancherry. While paying advance for the class, rajesh (The one who supervises the class) spoke so nice. We were promised to have alternate practical classes but later after joining the class, he is not acting as promised.
