I brought TV in VW (Visio World) through amazon on 25.09.2025, i got tv, but tv was got problem within warrenty period on 04.09.2025, i was registered warrenty request in amazon, they forwarded to VW, i get whatsapp message from VW on 05.09.2025, they was asked ny problem and given complaint no TN[protected], and the technicain will come come 7-10 days, but on one came after the strugle and fought with VW customer care finally a unexperiebnced technicain (i don`t know whether he was technician came on (20.09.2025), he said my TV Panel was problem need to replace he connected call to techie manager he said within a week we will arrange new panel, i was called customer care on the same time they said 15 days, but now 31 days gone my issue not resolved, techie manager is not picking call, Customer care blocked my number not able contact, no resonpes for mail Was this information helpful? |
